Ok... so we are growing slow and steady ...... that is always good.. slow and steady won that tortoise the race! (even though we aren't in a race! LOL)

So many New Releases -- Birthday Bears.. the CUTEST chibi Birthday Kids --Oh My!!

Man it has been a HECTIC week for us! In between I was able to get lots done though... don't know how that happens...cause when I have spare time.. less seems to get done.. why is that?

Well... Feb 1st is my mom's birthday and so its goes without saying that our Feb 1 challenge is a Birthday Wish for her... I wanted to make some new releases to go with our upcoming challenge...and so...the Birthday Party Bears were created.

aren't they cute? Well if I were being honest.. I would tell you that they started off as bunnies...but then I figured I should save those for upcoming Easter themes...and so we chopped off the ears and made them bears instead LOL... I still think they are freakin adorable!!

Then.. I just got bit by the creative bug and made more girls based off our JANE chibi. I have a SLEW of chibi girls and boys for you to meet over the next few weeks...but here are the first of the series...
Dolly, Julie, Megan, Stacey and Tiffany.... all SUPER CHIBI and ready to party! Love the color themes in each pack as well!! Clipart and Digital stamps are available....

Reward Program...begins Jan 1 2012!!

New for 2012 ---(begins January 1, 2012)

What is it: The DMW Reward Program is just our little way to say "THANK YOU" to our wonderful customers! The best part, you can be rewarded every month, not just at certain times of the year!

How does it Work: Each month a different set of items will be up for the reward. To qualify to get the item(s) for FREE, all you need to do is reach the Reward Level of that item during the month it is available. For Instance, Level I may be that you need to accumulatively spend $15 or more that entire month, Level II may be that you need to have at least $25 spent....each month its different, so check what is currently being offered.

Each month your dollar amount spent is set to $0 earned and you must accumulate the amount during the current time period to earn the offered reward. It is not rolled over one month to another.
llers are not eligible for the Reward Program
The items listed as a Reward for a particular month will not be listed on the site for regular sale until the the current Reward period is over. (ex:January's items will not be available for sale until February)

How can I join?: That is the BEST part...you don't have to sign up to join! If you make a purchase anytime on the site (starting January 1, 2012), you are already on your way to earning!

It has been a while since I colored any digi stamps... having to usually create them.. I dont have much time to actually MAKE things with them. However, when I saw this digi stamp from Lily, I just HAD to get it... my son's teacher is a HUGE Johnny Depp fan, and so I plan to use my colored images to make her a special holiday card.... Here is my colored images so far... will post when I get the card made... just dont have time to make it just yet!

I first printed the line art digital stamps on linen textured paper. I just love the way it looks and it takes my copic colors really well and it just adds another level of texture.

I wish I could list all the copic colors I used, but to be honest... I just kinda grab and color...I dont really look at numbers that much -- I just look at the caps and then find variations for the tones... Oh well...sorry that doesnt help anyone! LOL

9-9 Nifty Fifties Release, a Freebie Friday and mor

I took the tween girls and sent them in a time machine for the next few weeks. This week they travel back to the 50s....next week its the 60s and the following week the 70's.

The fifties, to me, was a more carefree time. Hanging with friends was quite different then it is with kids these days. I was not born in or around the fifties, but I have always loved the style of the clothing. The tiny waists, the saddle shoes, the no pocket front pants... lettermen jackets... poodle skirts, I could go on and on!
