Snow Kisses

Hello Crafty Friends,
It's Larelyn from Handmade From My Heart.  Today I wanted to share another image from the Chibi Snowmen release.  I love snowmen and having both the Traditional and Chibi sets just gives me so many possibilities.

I also love having a complete set of card bases close at hand.  It sure makes it easy to create fun fold cards.  This is the Center Step Open Circle card base from SVG Cutting Files.

Christmas Card with Emily

Hello! Melissa here with a card featuring "Emily". She is from the Santa's Helpers collection from the new release last week.  She is such a beautiful image.. I colored with her Copic Markers to look like my niece Emily. :)

I wanted her to have a purple dress and found some purple and green Christmas paper from Recollections, The Ballet. The card base is from SVG Cutting files but I added an extra shadow on the layers.  The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Merry & Bright.

Chibi Penguin Treat Box Card

Hello everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a fun candy card to share with you! I used the NEW Chibi Penguin Digital Stamps on this card. They will be available in the Digi My World store today!

I created this fun Treat Box Card using a great tutorial found HERE. I colored that adorable penguin using Copic markers and added some glitter for the snow. I cut out the tag using My Craft Spot's Tiny Tags Metal Dies and stamped the sentiment using the Tiny Tags 3 stamp set. I added it to the mat using a brad and added a bow to the bottom side. 

A fun little card AND candy box!

Snowman Hugs!

Chibi Snowmen Sneak Peek

Good Morning Everyone! Melissa here with a preview of one of the Chibi Snowmen that will be in the Digi My World Store this Friday! I picked out one of the three that are included in the set.

He is colored with Copic Markers.  This unique card shape is from SVG Cutting Files, Arched Card Base. I lightly stamped some snowflakes on the background. Snowmen enjoy snowy days. :)

Santa's Helpers Emily :: Happy Holidays!

Welcome to release week and the first sneaky peek of the new releases!

Today I'm sharing Emily of the Santa's Helpers files.

And...if you don't think this is the sweetest little image EVER...there will be three more helpers available! You can find them here on Friday.

To print out my digital files I import the PNG file into my Silhouette software. Once I have it in there, I create the base of my card, sometimes it is just a regular rectangle (standard A2 4.250 x 5.50 inches) base. Other times I create a shaped card or use some card bases from SVG Cutting Files. 

Once that is the correct size, I size down my digital image to fit on the card. With that complete then I use the Trace feature to trace the image and create a cut line. I like to have a white border around my images, and in order to do this, you use the offset feature to create a shadow. 

I always print out my images onto X-Press It Blending Card with my Epson Printer. LOVE that with this printer and ink, I don't even have to wait for anything to dry. As soon as it's printed I can start coloring and there is no smearing of the printer ink at all. :)

I colored the image in with Copics and the Wink of Stella Glitter Pen for the white parts. Then I added some pearls around her neck.

Merry & Bright Gift Bag

Hello Everyone! Melissa here and I had time to craft this week and made a small gift bag with a new image from Digi My World, Getting Ready. The Getting Ready set comes with 3 kids and are super cute and fun to color.

I colored this image with Copic markers and then placed her on a gift bag created with files from SVG Cutting Files. Here are the files I used, Banner Shapes, and Harvest Handle Gift Bag Set. The tag and stamp are from Jaded Blossom, Mini Tag Dies, and Merry & Bright.

Gobble Gobble

 Hello everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I wanted to share this card that I made using the Turkey Time Digital stamps from Digi My World. This is such a cute turkey file!

I printed and cut the turkey using my Cameo and colored it with Copic markers. I added some white highlights and mounted him on pop dots. 

I stamped the background upper half with the Thanksgiving stamp out of the Jaded Blossom Holiday Treat Tags stamp set. I cut the sentiment banner using My Craft Spot's Ribbon Banner Die's-Arched and stamped the sentiment using only part of the JB Holiday Treat Tag stamp. 

To finish I added a white stitched border around the card using a white gel pen.

Good morning! Jeanne here, from Jeanne's Paper Crafts with a new project to share with you!

This adorable little digital stamp is the Chibi Birthday Stacey.

I printed her out onto X-Press It Blending card, cut her with my Silhouette Cameo, and then colored her in with Copic Markers. I used the Ornate Card Base from SVG Cutting Files for my card base. The other background layers were created with the rounded corner rectangle tool.

Merry Christmas

Hello everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a card to share. I used some NEW digital stamps called Christmas Morning and Getting Ready. Both of these are really fun sets and are available in the store NOW.

I used my Cameo to weld the tree and boy together. I then printed and cut them out. I colored them with Copic Markers and added some stickles to the ornaments. 

I embossed the background of my card with the Cuttlebug Snowflakes embossing folder and added some red and white sequins. I stamped the sentiment using Peachy Keen's Putsen & Jud Snow Couple onto a Ribbon Banner Die from My Craft Spot. 

To finish I added some ribbon and a bow across the corner of my card.

It's beginning to look like Christmas!

Hey everyone, Barb here from BugBites and a sneak peak at a new set of digital images set to be released tomorrow.

I used a darling image that is part of the Getting Ready set. I colored and then cut out the image with the Cameo. I used foam tape to add the image to a scalloped mat. A bow, button and some sequins, and my card was done.

Tree Trimming

Hello Crafty Friends,
It's Larelyn from Handmade from My Heart bringing you a sneak peek of digi goodness that will be released THIS FRIDAY at Digi My World.

It's time for me to start working on Christmas ( I "think" about it all the time, now I need to take action!).  Today's card features the Tree image from the Christmas Morning set and the Hanging Ornament image from the Getting Ready set.  Both sets will be available in the store on Friday.
I also used the Chunky Arched card 2 base cut file from SVG Cutting Files.  I did resize the mats so I could add an extra one.

I included this shot hoping you could better see the glitter on the tree, ornaments and the base.

 I used my Silhouette Studio to print the digital stamp onto X-Press It Blending Card, cut it with my Silhouette Cameo, and then colored it in with Copics.
